BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CP, OF REXBURG, IDAHO; o �r SECTION I — That the Salary, and compensation and the time of payment thof of the following named appointive city officers is fined as follows: City Treasurer — Two Hundred Dollars per annum, payab", e''quarterly, at the end of each quarter.,,.��° City Attorney — Six Hundred Dollars per annum, et,,,quarterly, at the end of each quarter. O \ Police Judge - Three Hundred Dollars annum, payable monthly at the end of each month. Chief of Police — Fifteenn , ollars per annum, payable monthly at the end of each mcith� Superintendent of Wat ks — Fifteen Hundred Dollars per annum payable monthly at e\ each month. Overseer of Stfeetsan ater- master combined — Thirteen Hundred and Twerity�Dollars per annum, payable monthly at the end of each month, for time. of service rendered the city. Ci P\Y� sician — Two Hundred Fo rt Y Dollars per annum, payable fly at the end of each quarter. 1 Engineer — Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents per day for and during \\,`\\\"° . the time of actual service rendered the city, payable as ordered by the mayor and council.
