ORDINANCE NO. 222
AN ORDINANCE FIXING THE SALARIES AND COMPENSATIONS
AND THE TIME OF THE PAYMENT THEREOF OF CERTAIN
APPOINTIVE CITY OFFICERS OF THE CITY OF REXBURG VIZ:
CITY TREASURER, CITY ATTORNEY, POLICE JUDGE, CHIEF OF
POLICE, SUPERINTENDANT OF WATER WORKS, OVERSEER OF
STREETS AND WATER MASTER COMBINED, CITY ENGINEER AND
CITY PHYSICIAN.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND COUNCIL OF THE CP, OF
REXBURG, IDAHO;

SECTION I — That the Salary, and compensation and the time of payment thof of the
following named appointive city officers is fined as follows:
City Treasurer — Two Hundred Dollars per annum, payab", e''quarterly,
at the end of each quarter.,,.��°
City Attorney — Six Hundred Dollars per annum, et,,,quarterly, at
the end of each quarter. O \
Police Judge - Three Hundred Dollars annum, payable monthly
at the end of each month.
Chief of Police — Fifteenn , ollars per annum, payable
monthly at the end of each mcith�
Superintendent of Wat ks — Fifteen Hundred Dollars per annum
payable monthly at e\ each month.
Overseer of Stfeetsan ater- master combined — Thirteen Hundred
and Twerity�Dollars per annum, payable monthly at the end of each
month, for time. of service rendered the city.
Ci P\Y� sician — Two Hundred Fo rt Y Dollars per annum, payable
fly at the end of each quarter.
1 Engineer — Seven Dollars and Fifty Cents per day for and during
\\,`\\\"° . the time of actual service rendered the city, payable as ordered by the
mayor and council.
SECTION II — This ordinance shall be in effect from and after its passage, approval and
publication.
