A MISDEMEANOR TO DISOWN, OR FOR OWNERS TO REFUSE ANIMALS ny per on willfully disowning a dead animal found within the corporate limits of the Village o exbuxg, after being notified as provided for in Sec. 2 of this ordinance for the purpose of avoiding the requirements of the owners of such animals under the provision of this ordinance, or willfully failing to comply with the requirements of this ordinance shall on conviction thereof be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and be fined not less than five dollars or more than twenty dollars and the costs of prosecurion, and in default of the payment of such judgment shall be imprisoned in the Village jail, and work upon the streets of the Village of Rexburg at the rate of two dollars per day until said fine and costs are paid.
