AND SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 39 E.B.M., BE ZONED R1; THAT PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DEXCRIBED LOCATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, STATE OF IDAHO, IN SECTION 20, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 40 E.B.M., AND IN SECTION 25, TOWNSHIP 6NORTH, RANGE 39 E.B.M., BE ZONED. R2' THAT PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED LOCATED IN SECTIONS 29 AND 30, TOWNSHIP 6 NORTH, RANGE 40 E.B.M. BE ZONED R3, MID THAT PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED IN LOT 2 BLOCK 41, OF THE ORIGINAL REXBURG TOWNSITE BE ZONED COMMERCIAL. South 396 feet; thence East 313.5 feet; thence North 396 feet to the point of beginning.. (Note: The above description does not include - any -of the Madison Memorial Hospital lands but only the land to the East thereof which is west of the East line of the City Boundary line.)
