AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, TO PROVIDE
THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED
LOCATED WITHIN THE CITY LIMITS OF REXBURG,
MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE ZONED COMMERCIAL.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, certified by the Mayor and Council of the City of Rexburg,
Idaho, and filed with the Clerk thereof, be, and the same is
hereby amended to provide that the following described property
situated in Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, to -wit:
SEQSW4 of Section 30, Township 6 North,
Range 40 E.B.M.
be, and the same is hereby zoned Cl (Commercial).
SECTION II: That the zoning map showing this amendment
shall be certified and declared to be the official zoning map
of the City of Rexburg by a certificate of the Mayor and Council
of the City of Rexburg endorsed thereon.
PASSED AND APPROVED this 11th day of August, 1976.
