remaVed by the Cily of the owner's expense.

BASIC SIGN SIZES & SIGN SEMLOCATION FORMULAS
1 --- Maximum sign size = 200 sq. ft. Maximum sign height to top of sign = 24 ft.
2 --- An 80 sq. ft. sign allowed for any single properly up to 50,000 sq, ft. in lot size.
3 --- For properties larger than 50,000 sq. ft. in area, total allowable sign area (sq. ft.) would be
increased by 0,0016 sq:ft. of sign for each sq.ft. of property in excess of 50,000 sq,ft.
EXAMPLE 1: Proposed Silvertree Development North of Grease Monkey.

such a complex shall be permitted to have one wall sign or one
awhing sign with a maximum sign area of one and one-half square
feet for each linear foot of business frontage. Individual
businesses may not have a pole/ground sign. In addition to the
aforementioned permitted signage, each business shall also be
allowed one sign on a side or rear wall of that portion of the
building occupied'by the business with an allowed sign area of
one,square foot for each linear foot of business frontage up to a
maximum of seventy-five square feet.
B. Common Signage. Such a complex may also share additional
Pole/ground signage which collectively advertises the name of the
Plaza and/or the names of the individual businesses. See also the
definition of "common sianaae".
