HomeMy WebLinkAboutORDINANCE NO. 946 ZONE CHANGE BAGLEY-SCHOOL DISTRICTORDINANCE 946 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED, SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME EFFECTIVE. BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho: SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of Idaho, be zoned as hereinafter set forth. The said properties are located at 232 North 0 East and an additional two parcels located north of 650 Trejo Street, in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows: Tract 1— 232 North 1" East (zoned Professional Office (PO)) Commencing at the Northwest Comer of Lot 3 in Block 16 of the Original Townsite of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, as per the recorded plat thereof, and running thence South 6 rods, thence East 10 rods, thence North 6 rods, thence West 10 rods to the point of beginning. Tract 2 — 2 parcels located north of 650 Trejo Street (zoned Technology and Office (TO)) Beginning at a point that is S00°16' 16"E 659.48 feet along the east section line and S89°48' 10"W 910.10 feet from the east quarter corner of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 East of the Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho; running thence S89'48'1 0"W 409.73 feet along the north line of lots 2 and 3, Block 3 of the Westates Subdivision No. 1 to the east line of lot 4, Block 3 of the said Westates Subdivision Division 1; thence along said line to the center section line of Section 25 N00°16'05"W 659.70 feet; thence along said section line N89°48'44"E 723.95 feet; thence S00°16'05"E 180.97 feet to the north line of Trejo Professional Park Division No. 1; thence along said line S89°32'54"W 314.23; thence S00°16'05"E 477.21 feet to the Point of Beginning, containing 7.515 acres. The subject properties in Tract 1 shall be zoned Professional Office (PO). The subject properties in Tract 2 shall be zoned Technology and Office (TO). SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing this amendment shall be certified to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
