AN ORDINANCE AMENDING AND CHANGING THE
ZONING MAP OF THE CITY OF REXBURG, IDAHO, AND
PROVIDING THAT THE ZONED DESIGNATION OF THAT
CERTAIN PROPERTY HEREINAFTER DESCRIBED,
SITUATED IN REXBURG, MADISON COUNTY, IDAHO, BE
CHANGED AS HEREINAFTER DESIGNATED; AND
PROVIDING WHEN THIS ORDINANCE SHALL BECOME
EFFECTIVE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexburg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zoning map of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, which is filed
with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is hereby amended and changed to provide that
the hereinafter described property situated in the City of Rexburg, Madison County, State of
Idaho, regarding ( #14 00382) rezoning a property from Low Density Residential Three
(LDR3) to Mixed Use 2 (MU2).
The said property is located at 117 South 2 "d East; and 204, 216, and 230 East 1" South, in
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Westland Holdings LLC
Legal Description:
A portion of Lots 1, 2, &3 in Block 8 of the Rigby Addition to the Townsite of Rexburg,
Madison County, Idaho, described as follows:
Commencing at the Northwest corner of Block 8 of the Rigby Addition, thence South 313.5
feet; thence East 305 feet to the West line of Harvard Avenue; thence North along said West
line 181.5 feet; thence East 5.5 feet; thence North along the West line of Harvard Avenue
132 feet to the North line of said Block 8; thence West 310.75 feet to the point of beginning.
SECTION II: That a new zoning map showing these amendments shall be certified
to and declared to be the official zoning map of the City of Rexburg by passage of this
Ordinance by the City Council of the City of Rexburg.
SECTION III: This ordinance shall become effective upon its passage, approval
and publication.
