No parking is allowed in the required 20 foot front yard setback. The setback must be appropriately landscaped. 2. No lighting plan is included 3 parking spaces per 1000 sq. ft. of gross floor area are required. Internal pedestrian walkways must connect to the sidewalk along the right-of-way. Please also show interconnectivity with other building's walkways within the develoPment. No more than 60 percent of the parking may be located between the front of the buidling and the right-of-way. Trash receptacles must be at least 20 feet from the right of way, and be placed the maximum feasible distance from an internal pedestrian walkway. Receptacles must also be fully screened from the right-of-waY. All lighting must conform to the commercial lighting standards.
