Lot 29 is to have a 6-foot minimum distance v/'
from back of sidewalk.
REVISION SUBMITTED (JUNE 5 2008)- please
show building walls as well as overhangs. ,/
Unable to determine if wall setbacks are 6-feet v
back from sidewalk. lt apppears that some
indication is that the walls except for the entry
walls meet this standard. Entry walls appear to
be within 4 feet of sidewalk.
Archtectural features, including awnings or
entryways that are supported by the building \/'
can encroach into the required distance from
sidewalk to within 3:fee!t of the back of sidewalk.
The rest of the buildffincluding eaves must
be set back according to the master plan.
REVISION (JUNE 5 2008)- This requirement is
not met. Entrance eaves are within 2-feet of
sidewalk.
Handicapped spaces must be installed in the
area shown on the master plan. The loading
areas will line up with loading area to the north \/
and provide a pedestrian crossing area. The
pedestrian crossing will need to be painted prior
to a final inspection.
Front sidewalk (where vehicle overhang will
occur) must be 6-feet in width, per the Henry's L*'
Fork Plaza master Plan.
