ramp must meet the requirements of the
Chapter 11 of the 2003 International Buyilding
Code (lBC) and ICC/ANSI A117'1. In the
restroom, there mujst be a 30"x48" wheelchair
space that is not in the swing of the door'
Meets code requirements.
The basement is not identified. There must be
a one-hour fire seperation from the basement to
the upper floor.
Structural members in the basement must be
connected with brackets. Get with Jon Berry
(our Commercial Inspectorfor) for a
walkthrough prior to construction.
lf any changes are made to HVAC, a
mechanical permit is required.
All new services are required to be tested and
inspected before covering.
Allwater piping is required to be tested and
inspected before covering.
Grease trap required for thus occupancy.
