Provide HVAC sizing and drawings. ldentify
court (patio and "closed" area) drainage as per
IBC Section 1206.3.3.
The live loads identified for the upper floor on
the structural calcs are for 40 1b/sq.ft.. The
corridor is required to be calculated at 100
1b/sq.ft. as per IBC Table 1607.1. Special
inspections are required for the foundation.
Please provide a letter from the Special
Inspection Firm that identifies frequency and
type of inspection to be performed. Provide
truss details prior to frame inspections.
The building must be fire sprinklered as per IBC
Section 903.2.7. The north wall must be one
hour rated as per IBC Table 602. In order to
establish the allowed amount of openings in the
north wall, an imaginary property line must be
established. The amount of windows in the
existing building will determine how where the
line can be drawn. The results from both sides
of the line must meet the requirements of IBC
Table 704.8. Roof construction must meet the
requirements of IBC Section 704.11.
Provide electrical energy review.
Need to delete the Receptacles in the Pool and
Spa areas due to clearances that are to close
to the inside walls of the Pool/Spa (NEC 2005
section 680-22a). No lighting schedule was
submitted, need lights above the Pool/Spa to be
