A few items are noted on the plane or have been discugsed with you. the following items also need to be addressed. i.Apoured-in-placeconcretecurborconcretebumpersare needed on the east side of th* 3 parking spaces paralleling 1st East street and the one handicapped parklng space to provide agaurancethatparkedcarsdonttblockthesidewalkarea. 2. The existing street light pole will need to be relocated. Thie wllt be done by utah Power & Light co. but you will be reeponeible for the coet of the pole relocation' 3. Using the 2nd floor of your bui].ding fc;r restaurant usage is a problem without a second exit. The final analysis ie that if you want the 2nd floor for regtaurant usage, you need a. 2nd exit. The 2nd exit ehould be approximately oppogite the existing exit. An outside etairway and an exit only type door would be satiefactory. Minimum width is 36 inches. spirat stalrcaseE are not allowed for commercial establishments.
