Dear City of Rexburg:
This is a letter to request that the City of Rexburg vacate the property left after the
installation of the roundabout on the comer of 4th South and2"d West.
I have met or am in the process of meeting the City of Rexburg's standards to
improve and landscape the property. Sidewalks have been installed, grass area has been
prepared ready for planting and sprinkler system is planned in the next couple of weeks.
I have had Forsgren Associates Inc survey the property and they have recorded
the required information.
I now request the City of Rexburg to vacate the property between the old property
line and the new property line as surveyed. My only request is that the city pay for filing
the papers and or any other fees incurred to file the title work with the land title
companies.
