On February 78,2}1,4,Richard Smith presented to the City of Rexbug Planning &Zonng Coordinator a request and application for a zotte change for the property located at 529,549, 55g,579,589, and 609 South Millhollow Road in Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho to be rezoned from Low Density Residential 1 to Low Density Residential2. 2. On February 19,201,4 the City Clerk sent the Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the local newspaper on March 1 and Match15,2074. A notice was posted on the property and sent to all property owners within 300 feet of the above mentioned property. 3. On March 20,2074,the Chair noted that applicant and property owner Richard Smith in an email cornmunication dated yesterday, has requested that this Rezone application be Tabled until the nextP&Z meeting on April 3'd, as he was unexpectedly called out of town and is unable to attend tonight's meeting.
