The Subdivision Ordinance and the Mobile/Manufactured Home Ordinance will be added to the Development Code document. On Apdl 3,2014, the Rexburg Planning &ZonngCommission made a morion the City Council tegarding holding a public hearing to adopt the proposed changes to Development Code Ordinance 1026. Dan Hanna motioned to recofirmend to the City Council for Public Hearing the adoption of the Development Code with ptoposed changes. Thaine Robinson seconded the motion. None opposed. Motion caried. Stephen Zollinger clarified that this would amend Development Code Ordinance No.1026. A.
