It is the Developer's responsibility to correctly identift on the site plan the location of these lines in tefetence to the pubtc right-of-way, other adjoining property lines, the street, other sftuctures and all utility lines. The Developer should find property pins that are still available at the lot in question. If these pins do not exist or have become unrecognizable then a new survey should be performed. Accurate property line infotmation is a must for a timely review In addition to finding existing property pins,legal descriptions should be checked. The best way to identiS' property line location is with aland survey. The City of Rexburg has aerial photos and a parcel line layer that can be checked, but they are only a tool and are flot guaranteed fot accuracy. Three (3) new KMW (AM-X-CD-17-65-00T RET) antennas (LTE Technology) will be mounted on the existing safety platform/rail system at the top of the grain bucket elevator feeding conveyor. The existing AT&T antennas will be retained and remain in operation. The 1A Letter dated August 7,2009 prepared by Harper-Leavitt Engineering for AT&T Mobility Wireless, PCS, LLC states that the existing structure height (ft) AGL : 130.9 (copy of letter within). This height with means to connect the three new LTE antennas to the safety platform/rail system facilitates the appropriate rad center distance installation of the antennas, at an azimrtth of 00, 1200, and240o respectively Powder River Development Services prepared a structural analysis of the existing and new LTE antenna installation condition at the Rexburg Grain Elevator site to validate the adequacy of the existing safety platform/rail system to support the additional antenna loads based on local environmental conditions (Exposure B terrain with a basic wind speed of 90 miles per hour (mph)) - summary within. The analysis concludes that the three new LTE antennas will not introduce adverfe load conditions and no unique structural considerations or retrofits are walranted. In this regard Powder River Development Services certifies that the existing safety platform/rail systern will support the new AT&T antenna equipment deployment. Antenna installation information and details for Site No. IDL04328 are included in the construction drawings prepared by Powder River Development Services. llPage The potential may exist that the existing site/building conditions revealed during construction of the telecom system improvements may not align with those observed andlor assumed. An altered field condition discovered during the installation of the telecom equipment should be brought to the attention of Powder River Development Services for subsequent consideration, analysis, and possible revision approach. Beneficial load transfer from horizontal pipes to vertical corner posts. o It is acceptable to connect the new antenna mounting pipe to the horizontal safety rail components and also to the safety platform perimeter structural element (suitable load capacity exist with existing components and elements). o IBC Reference: 1607.7.1.1 Concentrated Loads. Handrail assemblies and guard shall be able to resist a single concentrated load of 200 pounds, applied in any direction at any point along the top, and have attachment devices and supporting structures to transfer this loading to appropriate structural elements. This load need not be assumed to act concurrently with loads stated in 1607.7. 3lPage 1607.7.1.2 Components. Intermediate rails (all those except the handrail), balusters and panel fillers shall be designed to withstand a horizontally applied normal load of 50 pounds on an area equal to one square foot, including openings and space between the rails. Reactions due to this loading are due required to be superimposed with those of Section 1607 .7 .7 or 1607.1 . 1 . 1607.1.3 Stress Increase. Where handrails and guards are designed in accordance with the provisions for allowable stress design (working stress design) exclusively for the loads specified in Section 1607.7.1, the allowable stress for the members and their attachments are permitted to be increased by one-third.
