7:20 P.M. Comprehensive Plan 2020 and Comprehensive Plan Map – Staff
(Resolution 2008 – 16 adopting the Comprehensive Plan Map)
1. Area Two: 208 E. 3rd S. was not recommended for approval by Planning and Zoning
(The proposal is to change the Comprehensive Plan to allow dormitory style housing) The plan is to have a couple in the top floor and 6 girls in the bottom floor. The residential
neighborhood is violently opposed because the home is the gateway to their neighborhood.
