First Reading: Those items which are being introduced for first reading. 1. Ordinance 1084 Amend Ordinance 1026 for larger buildings in MDR1 D. Second Reading: Those items which have been first read: 1. Ordinance 1082 to Rezone 415 and 437 West 6th South from High Density Residential 1 (HDR1) to High Density Residential 2 (HDR2). 2. Ordinance 1083 for the creation of LID 42. E. Third Reading: Those items which have been second read – NONE 1. Ordinance 1081 sell 10 yr warrants in the amount of $300,000 through a bid process for LID 40. 11.
