A. Automated external defibrillator (AED) is a portable electronic device that automatically
diagnoses the potentially life threatening cardiac arrhythmias of ventricular fibrillation and
ventricular tachycardia in a patient. Goal: Develop and advertise a free Phone App. to show the
location of AED’s around town. – Matt Haugen (Paid-call EMT at Madison Fire Department

Pioneers” (Bill Eckersell) and the Upper Valley Chapter of the “Historical Society” (Jerry Glenn)

Density Residential 2 (MDR2) – On April 18, 2013 Planning and Zoning recommended to City
Council to deny the rezone request for Blue Ox Development.
B. Conditional Use Permit – for a Hotel – Approximately 75 Pioneer Road
(12 00554 – May 02, 2013 Planning and Zoning recommended approval by a split vote)
