Additional Submittal Requirements
The City of Rexburg requires the following irrformation to be submitted to the City Clerk for
every application for annexation:
1. Current Vicinity Map. 18 Tz x 11") at 1" - 3OO'scale, showing tocation and current
zoning of the property. Map is available from the City Planning and Zoriing Office.
Please indicate'the location of your proparty on the map.
2. [-and Description. A.ttach a description of the aotual property which you wish to
have.rezoned or anrrexed on a separate page,:
A. Description shall mathematically close.
B. Doscriptions shall be provided for the perimeter of the total are,a for which
snnexation is being requested; and for each.zone (Separete zoning
classification) within said request. All zone dsscriptions shall corrEspond to
the perimetar description. Descriptions shall identify a basis of bearing basecl
