Having two egresses on 2000 West does not fill the letter of the code, but does meet the intent of the code. The property owner cannot meet the diagonal distance egress requirement in this configuration, however, with minimal risk and no interface, I am willing to grant the exception. -{t- rr[r,{}- Da-tt.]tc ui.{ (1i,;t .irn-r. -{o i.(.y--(,2 Elaine McFerrin From: Sent: To: Subiect: Attachments: Categories: Dale Pickering Thursday, November L4,2Ol3 8:43 AM Elaine McFerrin FW: pier 340 - new site Plan larsenconcept5.Pdf Red Category (l " ii .e ( l'.t c(lv ,lui cl., 1 4-'-1 lt ttt ll , \i, u r-L i. v ^ - v ,\ j'.tL [. lt'u iLu\'J-a,"tti -' j 1,U7ti,.,.
