on July 3, 2012, the City Clerk sent the Notice of Public Hearing to be published in the localnewspaper onJuly 1'4 andJuly 28,2012. A notice was posted o.1h. property and sent to allproperty owners within 300 feet of the above mentioned property.

remodeled into a studio apartment complex. The owner wants to construct apartments on the vacant
and unused portion of the lot. The addition of more apartments will increase the density to forty
units per acre. The Development Code requires a Conditional Use Permit (CUP) to do so.

The subject property is behind Frontier Pies directly east of the turn where 4th South merges into the
Old Yellowstone Highway. It is bordered on the west by the railroad tracks and on the east by the
