Great Basin Services has removed the asbestos,,materials found in the Inspection done on
the on the building listed above. The silver sealer/mastic R'as removed from the roof of the
Garage, Sheet vinyl flooring in the kitchen and stairwell, and the ilansite siding located on the
exterior of the house. All Asbestos materials \vere disposed of at an EPA Approved landfill as
required by EPA. The remaining material my be disposed of as general construction debris.
