We, Terry and Gina Madsen, are applying for a lot line adjustment, and have drawn
preliminary lines on the record of survey and plat.
some of the questions we did not quite understand, and answered them the best we could.
As per the suggestions we received on meeting with city personnel regarding a change of our
initialsuggested lot line adjustment to maximize the created lot, we have made the adjustment
such that willdo so and allow the existing dwelling to remain within the current city
requirements for existing duplexes of a total of 10,000 square feet of land area.
The proposed lot line adjustment will net, even after pending and potentialcity RoW use, an
area in excess of 10,000 square feet.
In consideration of the pending changes to 7th south, the diagonal line from the point of origin
at the north east property marker heading south west at a 45 degree angle should not be adifficult property line to deal with regarding the landscaping of lawn that will be there.
As we discussed, this is a preliminary step in our long term plan, so should you have any
