every application for annexadon:
1. Curent Vicinity M"p. (8 y"" x 1.'1,')- showing location and current zoning of the property. A map is
available from the City Planning zndZon:ngOffice. Please indicate the location of yourprop..ty otr th"
maP.
Land Description. Attach alegal description of the acttalproperty which you wish to have rezoned on a
sepafate page.
L. Description shall mathematically close.
b. Descriptions shall be provided for the perimeter of the total arca for which L rezoneis being
requested; and for each zone (separate zoning classification) within said request. All zone
descdptions shall corespond to the pedmeter description. Descdptions shall identi$' a basis of
bearing based upon two (2) known points from which the descriptions are based.
c. Descriptions provided may be required to be modified by the applicant to include zdjacentroads,
canals, ditches, tivets, cteeks, etc. as may be identified by the Public !7orks Depatrnent.

BE IT ORDAINED BY the City of Rexbutg, Idaho:
SECTION I: That the zomng map of the City of Rexbutg, Idaho, whrch is filed
with the city clerk thereof, be, and the same is heteby amended and changed to provide
