RESOLUTION FOR ADOPTION OF
VISION 2020 REXBURG COMPREHENSIVE PLAN MAP
Resolution 2010 — 5
WHEREAS, on the 17`h day of March, 2010, the City Council for the City of Rexburg was
duly convened upon notice properly given and a quorum was duly noted; and
WHEREAS, the appropriate public hearing has been held before the Planning and Zoning
Commission on February 4`h, 2010, and
WHEREAS the City Council reviewed and approved the requested amendments to the
City ofRexbutg Vision 2020 Comprehensive Plan Map as delineated below:
Area 2 (approximately South 2"`' East and East Main) - #09 00469 Targhee Professional
Offices, LLC as designated by the following legal description:
The West half of Block 1, the Rigby Addition, City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho
The land use designation proposal is to change from Low Density Residential (LDR) to
Neighborhood Commercial/Mixed Use (NC/MU).
