Area 4 (approximately West 4" South and South 4`' West) - #09 00472 — Temple View LLC (Jared Sommer) as designated by the following legal description: Lot 2 of Block 4 and Lot 1 of Block 3 of the Klingler Addition to the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho The land use designation proposal is to change from Neighborhood Commercial/Mixed Use (NC/MU) to High Density Residential (HDR).
