Academy believes it can have approved professional plans and be ready to begin planning construction near the time of May 2012. The purpose of this declaration at this time, according to the understand of Seth Hansen who represents Academy after speaking with Val Christensen and the Mayor, is to receive permission for students living at 123 Princeton Crt to use gravel located on the property for parking purposes. This allows Academy to continue with development plans, and begin construction much sooner. Academy understands that this agreement will be binding as long as all requirements are met, and that adequate reasons must be given if requirements cannot be met.
