Section I. That Sect o, 6 of Ordinance Eumber 317 of the City of ii mbur 7, idaho, be

"Section S.- There shall be charged and collected by the Cit7 Clein in cases where water
meters have been or shall be installed for water taken throuqh such meters as shorn by the
readinas thereof, monthly, from users and oca",nants of buildin and premises i the se

"Class One: Each resiLence, as defined ia Section A hereof, fpr the first 3,009 -allons
or less, 1100 Per month.

drawn, 01.50 for the first 3,000 gallons and fifteen cents rer thousapa vallons for the next

Section 2.- Ordinance number 317 of the City of Rexbor7 is hereby amended by addinn s,
new section thereto numbered section 7 and to read as follows:
"Section 7.- With each and every avplication for water to be supplied thrnuFh the city
waterworks system, of the City Of' Rexburn there shall be deposited with the City Clerk, or
the City Treasurer, a son in cash, lawfut money of the 7sited States, of not less than 15.00,
and if the estimated monthly chaires for the service applied fnr shall exceed QN09, then the
amount of the deoosit shall be equal to the estimated charwes for one month's service, as
based noon the rates established by ordinance for the same class Of users. All such deposil
shall be held in the City treasury so lonq as the service applied for shall be supplied, ano
if and when the service is discontirued, as to any user, the amount of hos or its deposit,
less an7 amount owim the city, shall be refunded."
