Such application shall state the name age and Sex of the applicant, the business in .sihich he is i aga-•ed iv -ether an indivigual , firm, Co- partenership,co'rpora or other association, the street iloumber or other descri�,,tion of the place , beeris to be sold by such applicant. Section 4. The lisance ta: to be - paid by each retailer of beer ii the city of rexburg shall be >I2.50 per® year, and shall be 1)aid yearely in advance on or before the second day of January, each ,rear. pr.-ovided flhat - or the balance of the year I9S0 half of the annual license tax shall be paid. Section 5.
