Dear Bonnie:
Enclosed is your Certificate of Occupancy for the basement apartment remodel which has been
completed.
Also enclosed is a Business License Application. Anyone conducting business in the City of
Rexburg, including apartment rentals, is required to obtain an annual business license. The
fee for this license is $20.00 annually due on January 1 of each year. Please complete and return
the application to this office with a check in the amount of $20.00 so the license can be issued.
