Dear Newell,
I have reviewed the plans for the Rexburg Westmark Credit Union and have
identified the following discrepancies or questions:
1. Provide dimensions on site plan for building location, parking spaces, parking
aisles and distance to right -of -way.
2. Will a trash facility be provided?
3. The site plan has not been stamped by a licensed professional.
4. Describe HVAC system.
5. -Rebar in foundation has not been called out.
6. Section 2902.3 of the 1997 Uniform Building Code (UBC) requires a separate
restroom for each sex.
7. Please provide truss details prior to frame inspection.
8. The Fire Department has requested that a minimum of one 210BC fire
extinguisher be installed that is accessible to the public and the workers.
Please provide me with 2 new copies of any corrected plans. If you have any
questions, please give me a call at 359 -3020 ext. 324.
