Rammell and Roberta Rammell, husband and wife hose address is: 330 Yale Ave., Rexburg, ID, 83440 ereinafter called the Grantee, the following described premises situated in Madison County, Idaho, to - wit: : ommencing at a point which is North 89°48'35" East 1919.44 feet and South 0 °09'10" East 329.92 eet from the Northwest corner of the Southwest Quarter of Section 25, Township 6 North, Range 39 ast, Boise Meridian, Madison County, Idaho, said point being on the East right -of -way line of U.S. lighway 20, Project No. f -6471 (41) Highway Survey as shown on the plans thereof now on file in the ffice of the Idaho Transportation Department, Division of Highways, and running thence North 9°48'26" East 717.94 feet to the East line of said Section Quarter; thence South 0°16'32" right-of- st 164.94 eet along said line; thence South 89 °48'20" West 718.53 feet to a point on the above ay; thence North 0 °09'10" West 164.96 feet along said right -of -way line to the point of beginning. 'OGETHER with 1/8 of a Water Share in`the Rexburg Canal Company. SUBJECT TO all easements, right of ways, covenants, restrictions, reservations, applicable building and zoning ordinances and use regulations and restrictions of record, and payment of accruing present year taxes and assessments as agreed to by parties above.
