On page A -3, paragraph IV, sentence K the snow load is listed at 30 lb /sq. ft. when it should be listed as 35 lb /sq. ft. 3. Identify either a firewall or a draft stop in attic between units. 4. Describe HVAC system. 5. Walls between office and exercise room must be constructed as 1 -hr. walls. Floor /ceilings must meet requirements for 1 -hr. separation. Please identify how this is to be accomplished. 6. Manager's apartment is not accessible. 7. Fans are required in bathrooms. 8. Identify maximum riser height of 8" for private stairs. 9. The Fire Department has not reviewed the drawings at this time. We need another complete set of plans. Please provide me with 2 new copies of the corrected plans.
