I have reviewed the Plan ReviewResponses for Legacy Cove that you recently
furnished me and have identified the following discrepancies:
I. The parking lot drainage changes are still questionable. Please provide
drainage calculations and the hydraulic design for catch basins that will be
servicing lengths of the parking lot in access of 300'.
I see no reason to hold up your building permit. Provide us with the design for
the above request as soon as possible. If you have any questions, please give me a call at
359 -3020 ext. 324.
