We would like to inform you at this time, that due to a prior commitment made to
the state of Idaho, the company which we have employed to prepare the asphalt for our
new road, has been unable to meet the dead line needed to allow parking for your new
town home at the present time. We have been notified that the asphalt for the road should
be poured by next Wednesday the 14 of July. We would like to assign to you parking
places one and two in building A, which is located on the east side of the property, until
the road has been completed. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you,
and hope to have the road completed as soon as possible.
