Of Planning and Zoning Kurt Hibbert As per your request, we are hereby submitting a site plan for the proposed new business of Ryan Motors, a sole proprietorship. We would like to offer a bit of information to go along with this site plan to further clarify our intentions. We, Ryan and Lesa Jackson, are the co- owners of the Super 8 Motel where the proposed business would be located. The new business would primarily engage in the buying and selling of used automobiles. Are plans are to park 2 to 3 cars at our motel at a time to show for sale. There is currently an office inside the motel that is not being used and we would like to utilize that office space for our business. This would not interfere with our motel business and the other owners, Kent and Jill Jolley, are in support of this new business. We are only wanting to do a limited amount of business per month to supplement our income. The motel has been in business for over ten years and the utilities, storm drains, landscaping, and trash facilities have been in place and established previously to our proposed new business. We are currently in compliance with all laws and zoning ordinances with the City of Rexburg. Your consideration and approval of this endeavor would be appreciated and we look forward to hearing from you soon as to the outcome of our request.
