Re: Expired Building Permits
Dear Builder/Homeowner,
The file for your permits, R02 -01 -01 & R02- 06 -06, shows no evidence of work
being done or completed in the last 180 days for your project. You need to contact us
about your project or the permit will be considered expired. You then will be charged an
additional fee to renew it. If your project is finished please schedule a final inspection, or
reinspection of required corrections. If your permit is for a new home, a fmal inspection
must be approved before it can be occupied.
Please arrange to have a fmal inspection soon by calling 359 -3020 ext. 326, so we
can close your permit, clear room for new permits, and avoid charging additional fees. If
you have any questions please contact me at the same number with ext. 325.
