ADDENDUM
1. Handicapped railings will be added to the existing bathroom.
2. Exit signs and emergency lights will be placed at the front and rear
entrance doorways to the building.
3. Mechanical changes to be made will include emergency light fixtures, light
fixtures and electrical outlets added to the two 14'8" x 17'10" rooms and
the 9'8" x 6' room .

Dear Linda,
I have reviewed the plans that were provided me for the building located at 8
North Center in Rexburg and have identified the following discrepancies:
1. A more detailed plan is needed. The plans must be to scale and include all
dimensions, door sizes etc..
2. Section 3408.3 of the 2000 International Building Code (IBC) requires that an
accessible route be provided to all primary function areas. Also you will need
to provide a handicapped bathroom.
3. Please identify mechanical changes.
4. Show all egress components, including exit signs and emergency lights.
Please return two sets of revised plans. If you have any questions, please give me
a call at 359 -3020 ext. 324.
