A more detailed plan is needed. The plans must be to scale and include all dimensions, door sizes etc.. 2. Section 3408.3 of the 2000 International Building Code (IBC) requires that an accessible route be provided to all primary function areas. Also you will need to provide a handicapped bathroom. 3. Please identify mechanical changes. 4. Show all egress components, including exit signs and emergency lights. Please return two sets of revised plans.
