described as lots 1,2,3,4,9 and f 0 of Andrews Addition, Division No. 1, City of Rexburg, Madison
County, lduho. Thiti subdivision was engineered by Mountain River Engineering. Mark Andrews or MRA
Poterprisas, owned and did the constniction loans fortbree oftbcse individual plexes, Comfort
COMIrtiction, owncd and did the other three lots.
T he occupancies in the R -2 Groups for which pertnits were issued in 2003 are located on individual lots,
described as lots 6,7,8,9,10 and 1 I of Andrews Addition, Division No. 2, City of Rexburg, Madison
Coutaty, ldnhn. This subdivision was enpincercd by Schicss & Associates. Mark Andrews or MRA
Fnlarprises, owned and did the construction loanq for two ol'these uadividual 1 plexes, Comfort
Construction, owncd and did three, and Cr:aJ; Madsen, owned and did one unit.
All these units were built on individual lots and nitimatcly sold to i,tdividual owners, There is no common
rire a or common access to these lots and they all front on a publicly maintained road, It may be also helpful
to note that the subdivisions were all developed on separate contracts with the city and all utilities. Another
oatsidoration might be that individual permits were issued for each of these oecupancieti.
