This letter is to inform you that we have signed an occupancy permit for the Thomas E. Ricks
Building. At this time, the State of Idaho Electrical Inspector has not been in our office to sign the
occupancy permit. We do not have a problem with allowing the University to start moving into the
building, however, we can not issue the occupancy until the State Inspector has signed. I hope this
will allow you to continue with your project.
