As requested by the. Owner, please delete the 2" rigid insulation that has bew specified under the
concrete slab on grade for the Professional Office Building in Rexburg, Idaho. To the best of our
Imowledge, this is not necessarily required. The rigid insulation specified to extend down the inside
face of the Perimeter foundation waIls to the top Of footings shall be unaffected and shall ,remain.

Mr. Millar:
The City of Rexburg has requested flow and pressure measurements for the proposed
developments named below. We have also been asked to estimate the expected fire flows
inside the developments. The expected pressures are lower than the measured pressured due
to head loss in the pipe that separates the mainline where we measured and the proposed
hydrant on the Ion I est pipe in the subdivision. We have assumed that the conditions
recorded on Oct 4can be expected at the entrances of the proposed projects.
Pioneer Village — On Pioneer Road, east of Gold Gyro

Measured flow on Pioneer Road — Oct 4 Proposed hydrant in NE corner
Flow — 1385 gpm Flow — 1385 gpm
Pressure — 81 psi Pressure — 53 psi
