Due to the wet and cold weather we have not been able to get pavement layed in our driveways. Several of our townhomes are sold and the closings are contingent on certificates of occupancy. The pavement will be layed as soon as the weather permits! Because the pavement has not yet been installed at this new development, there are apparent life safety issues with the heavy equipment that will be on site for paving.
