This letter is in regards to obtaining a certificate of occupancy of 655 Trejo Street in
Rexburg, Idaho. Due to the wet and cold weather we have not been able to get pavement
layed in our driveways. Several of our townhomes are sold and the closings are
contingent on certificates of occupancy. The pavement will be layed as soon as the
weather permits!
Because the pavement has not yet been installed at this new development, there are
apparent life safety issues with the heavy equipment that will be on site for paving.
Jenks & Blanchard Developers, LLC will take all safety precautions while paving is in
progress. No one will be allowed on the side or back of the property until paving is
complete.
Until pavement is completed, the homeowners (Rees') will be able to use the back access
to their homes, understanding that as soon as possible the pavement will be laid in the
spring of 2006. Again, we will take all safety precautions and recommendations
provided by Quinton, the building official having jurisdiction, and maintain all liability
when we do that.
