This letter is in regards to obtaining a certificate of occupancy of.6+9 Trejo Street in
Rexburg, Idaho. Circumstances have caused us to close a loan for Israel & Delight
Palofax. This closing is contingent on receiving a certificate of occupancy.
The pavement has not yet been installed at this new development, therefore there is
apparent life safety issues with the heavy equipment that will be on site for paving in the
next two weeks. Jenks & Blanchard Developers, LLC will take all safety precautions
while paving is in progress. No one will be allowed on the side or back of the property
until paving is complete. This means our tenants, A s will not use the back
entrance into their home until the pavement is complete`

Rexburg, Idaho. Due to the wet weather we have not been able to get pavement layed in
our driveways. All of our townhomes are sold and the closings are contingent on
certificates of occupancy. If at all possible the pavement will by laid this fall.
Because the pavement has not yet been installed at this new development, there are
apparent life safety issues with the heavy equipment that will be on site for paving.
Jenks & Blanchard Developers, LLC will take all safety precautions while paving is in
progress. No one will be allowed on the side or back of the property until paving is
complete. This means our homeowners, Tyler & Michelle Simmons will not use the back
entrance into their home until the pavement is complete.
If weather does not permit the pavement to be completed this fall, the homeowners will
be able to use the back access to their homes understanding as soon as possible the
pavement will be laid in the spring of 2006. Again, we will take all safety precautions
and will maintain all liability when we do that.
