This letter is in regards to obtaining a certificate of occupancy of 595 Trejo Street in
Rexburg, Idaho. Circumstances have caused us to close a loan for Preston and Brittany
Farrier. This closing is contingent on receiving a certificate of occupancy.
The pavement has not yet been installed at this new development, therefore there is
apparent life safety issues with the heavy equipment that will be on site for paving in the
next two weeks. Jenks & Blanchard Developers, LLC will take all safety precautions
while paving is in progress. No one will be allowed on the side or back of the property
until paving is complete. This means our first tenants, Preston & Brittany Farner will not
use the back entrance into their home until the pavement is complete.
