To whom it may concern,
With regards to the access for emergency services. It is the intent of The Village to
provide a temporary access (entrance, exit) that will follow the approved site plan design
for the permanent access to be completed in Phase 3.
The temporary access will be to the north and create a loop that allows entrance or exit
from Pioneer Rd.
This temporary access will be cleared, and maintained for use until the permanent access
is completed in Phase 3.

UTILITIES, DITCHES, CULVERTS, FENCES, MAILBOXES, SIGNS, L.IGHTPOLES, HEADGATES, AND ALL OTHER
MISCELLANEOUS ITEMS. ANY DAMAGE DONE BY THE CONTRACTOR SHALL BE REPAIRED AT HIS EXPENSE.
9. GENERAL LOCATIONS AND SIZES OF UTILITIES ARE SHOWN ON THE PLANS. THEY ARE TO BE USED FOR
GENERAL INFORMATION ONLY. IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE CONTRACTOR TO NOTIFY THE APPROPRIATE
UTILITY COMPANIES WHEN CONSTRUCTION MIGHT INTERFERE WITH NORMAL OPERATION OF ANY UTILITIES. IT
