NOTICE OF PUBLIC BEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that a Public Hearing will be held before the Planning &
Zoning Commission of the City of Rexburg, Idaho, Thursday, July 15, 2004, at 8:00 p.m., in the
City Council Chambers of the City Building at 12 North Center, Rexburg, Idaho, regarding a
zone change from Low Density Residential One (LDR1) to Medium Density Residential (MDR)
for a portion of the Oakbrook Subdivision No. 2.
The said property is located on the south end of the Oakbrook Subdivision Division No. 2. The
lots are adjacent to Oaktrail Drive starting with lot 20 and ending with lot 32 in succession in
Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho, and more particularly described as follows:
Lots numbered 20, 21, 22, 23, 24, 25, 26, 27, 28, 29, 30, 31, and lot 32; in Oakbrook Subdivision
Division No. 2, an addition of the City of Rexburg, Madison County, Idaho.
At such hearing the Planning & Zoning Commission will hear all persons and all objections and
recommendations relative to such proposed permit. The City Clerk will also accept written
comments at City Hall prior to 4:00 p.m. on July 14, 2004.
This notice is given pursuant to the provisions of Section 67 -6509 and 67 -6511 Idaho Code, and
all amendments thereof.
