Comments: Hi Kurt, In reviewing the signage zoning ordinance I believe this property is allowed a 200 square foot free standing on premise sign (pylon sign) and a wall sign that can be 10% or 12% of the area of the building wall depending on the location from the street ROW. It is my understanding the free standing pylon sign can exceed the 24 -foot maximum height requirement and extend to the maximum height of the building, 34'- 7" with a conditional use permit. I would appreciate it very much if you would confirm if my interpretations are correct and identify the process and requirements for obtaining the conditional use permit.
