I am hoping to meet with staff by Wednesday of next week, August 20 One of the other staff has left out of town, and as he is my boss I would like to for his direction. I was following up to see if he had completed the sidewalk as was required. He said that they didn't install it and that Johnny Watson, and the President of the Association had worked something out. Not sure exactly what he was referring to, but I told him I would just hand this issue over to you as it is a Public Works issue anyway. I was following up partly because Val and I had to make a call while you were out of town and we said that that the sidewalk could still be installed by going around a utility box and moving a small cable box. Please let Val and I know how you want this handled, or just tell us that you have it covered.
