The following items are those that are outstanding and should be addressed in order to consider the project completed: 1) Sidewalk along Tasman needs to be installed. 2) Trees in the clean vision area need to be trimmed up to 7'; shrubs & berms need to be lower than 3' as measured by the street center line: 3) Trash dumpster needs to be enclosed.
