Attached is the revised drawing I referred to on the telephone. My logic is as follows. ..paragraph
1103.2.9 indicates this space is not required to be accessible. As far as I can tell the space still needs to comply
with Chapter 10 which I believe I have done with the exception of the clear width between the handrails
(1010.5.1).
